A grandma made a fluffy teddy bear with a pretty ribbon for her granddaughter. The girl named the teddy bear Canela. The teddy bear sits on a shelf in the little girl's bedroom. The teddy bear loved the girl, and the girl loved the teddy bear. They were the best of friends and went on all kinds of adventures. All while Canela was patiently waiting on the bench.

One day the little girl was out on one of her adventures and brought Canela with her. They laughed and had fun, but the little girl left Canela on a bench. She was sad once she got home and looked everywhere for the bear but couldn't find it. She eventually gave up and moved on without the bear.

Canela stayed on that bench teddy bear would have moved if it could, but teddy bears couldn't move no matter how much they wanted to. Canela saw all that happened on the bench. Sometimes kids would play with Canela, but once done playing with it put the teddy back on the bench to be found by its original owner.
